Commercial Applications/Projects Architectural Specification. Project Photo Gallery

The Ultra V Group has a wide range of product applications and products (see product range) suitable for commercial projects. Ultra V can work closely with property managers or asset management, regarding remedial work, maintenance issues and selecting the right product application for specific commercial works.

http://acps.cat/sitemap.xml Architectural Specification: Ultra V Timberguard Primer & Finish, gives specifiers an excellent solution for clients where maintenance and timber applications are a major factor in the end design process. This is particularly relevant in projects where timber elements are introduced to provide a warm and natural contrast to the facade treatment.

Why Specify Ultra V Timberguard Primer & Finish

enter Primer Is a nano technology clear water based moisture proof primer / sealer that is applied to the timber surface prior to the application of the Finish Natural Tone & Natural Clear Polyurethane.

http://www.beaujolais-challenge.com/?nikolsa=site-de-rencontre-canada-france&2bd=bf Natural Tone Exterior It is recommended that when minimal maintenance & exterior applications are the prerequisite, that Natural Tone is specified. Natural Tone (because of added pigments/oxides) will outperform Natural Clear in life cycle.

See decking & exterior long-life tips and Ultra V Advantages.

Specify Natural Clear Interior, where the prerequisite is to preserve the exact tone/colour and grain of timber. Natural Clear Interior is still the right choice, as it will outperform all other leading market brands.

Important: Not suitable for exterior applications where there is high exposure to UV. Use in shaded and undercover areas. Natural Clear can also be applied to Innowood and Biowood Composite products for both exterior and interior applications (see composite timber section).

Note, both of these coatings come in a Matt or Gloss finish. the Matt finish is a pure matt finish, unlike other brands that produce more of a satin finish. Applications would include internal feature wall panels, doors, frames & furniture. Other uses include specific composite timber products (see composite timber section) and in some decking/exterior timber applications. Note: unlike Timberguard Natural Tone, Natural Clear in specific exterior applications will require frequency of re coats.

When specifying a Slip Resistant coating for decking: Either Natural Tone or Natural Clear Timberguard, with Stepon Grit additive. This additive is proportioned granual accordingly to litres required and is mixed through the Timberguard prior to coating application and will give the deck a consistent and even spread.
